Prolite Accounting is operated by Magnet Financial Services Inc., Unit 26, 7250 Keele Street, Vaughan (Concord), ON L4K 1Z8. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect on this website

• Details you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address and message.
• Basic visit data collected by Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To send marketing messages only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, CASL).

Client documents

Tax slips, financial records and identifiers such as a Social Insurance Number are collected only when you become a client, are used only to provide your service, and are kept for the period required by law. Please do not send them through the website contact form. We will tell you the secure way to send them.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic. They do not identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on, and the site will still work.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website or deliver your service (for example email and hosting providers), when the law requires it, or with your consent. Some providers, such as Google, may store data outside Canada.
